How to Induce a State That Feels Like an Out-of-Body Experience
An out-of-body experience refers to the feeling that “I have left my body.”
There is something that should be made clear first.
This article does not prove that the soul actually leaves the body.
It is not a verified method for training supernatural abilities either.
What this article deals with is closer to the kind of experience people describe as “feeling like they came out of their body” during states such as just before falling asleep, waking up at dawn and falling back asleep, sleep paralysis, lucid dreaming, or false awakenings.
