《Haunted Hill》 Review: Guests Invited to a Million-Dollar Haunted House
《Haunted Hill》 is a 1999 American horror film.
Its original title is “House on Haunted Hill.” It is a modern remake of William Castle’s classic 1959 horror film. The original was a low-budget haunted-house movie starring Vincent Price, and its simple premise, “survive one night and you get paid,” is still remembered as cult horror today. The 1999 version moves that setup into an abandoned psychiatric hospital.
